Abstract

Abstract: 

Nanotechnology and the science of nanomaterials have grown significantly over the last decade.Thus, fundamental and applied research on nanomaterials in the form of thin films has grown considerably since the appearance of this new class of low dimensionality materials and dominating surface effects.It is well established that the remarkable properties that are of interest to nanomaterials are always strongly correlated to their atomic structure and the elementary mechanisms taking place at this scale. A detailed understanding of these systems is crucial to be able to control and adjust their properties at the experimental level.

نمت تكنولوجيا النانو وعلم المواد النانوية بشكل ملحوظ خلال العقد الماضي. وهكذا ، نمت البحوث الأساسية والتطبيقية على المواد متناهية الصغر في شكل أغشية رقيقة إلى حد كبير منذ ظهور هذه الفئة الجديدة من المواد ذات الأبعاد المنخفضة والتأثيرات السطحية السائدة. لقد ثبت جيدًا أن الخصائص الرائعة التي تهم المواد النانوية ترتبط دائمًا ارتباطًا قويًا بهيكلها الذري وآلياتها الأولية التي تجري على هذا النطاق. فهم مفصل لهذه الانظمة  أمر بالغ .الأهمية لتكون قادرة على التحكم وضبط خصائصها على المستوى التجريبي

Abstract (Fr): 

La nanotechnologie et la science des nanomatériaux ont connu un développement important au cours de la dernière décennie. Ainsi, les recherches fondamentales et appliquées sur les nanomatériaux sous forme de films minces connaissent un essor considérable depuis l’apparition de cette nouvelle classe de matériaux de basse dimensionnalité et aux effets de surface prépondérants. Il est bien établi que les propriétés remarquables qui font l’intérêt des nanomatériaux sont toujours fortement corrélées à leur structure atomique et aux mécanismes élémentaires se déroulant à cette échelle. Une compréhension détaillée de ces systèmes est ainsi cruciale pour être en mesure de contrôler puis d’ajuster leurs propriétés au niveau expérimental.
